Adams was my repair man for the installation of a new water heater. He was knowledgeable and very fast in completing the project. it only took about an hour and a half. He answered some questions relevant to other issues in my house which was helpful for future repairs.I was very pleased with the installation and will definitely use Air I Am’s services in the future.nn3/5/21 This is the second time I’ve used this company (Air I Am). Again Adam was my repair man, he owns the company. He is a really personable guy and very knowledgeable,.Henserviced my air conditioning unit for a very reasonable price and offered suggestions on maintenance to lengthen the life of the system. Also his text contains his photograph and qualifications. I really appreciate knowing what the person coming into my home looks like and that he is highly qualified .nI have no doubt that when I do need a new air-conditioning system, he would be the first person I would call.

Called on a Saturday morning because of a blocked kitchen drain. Serviceman arrived in 45 minutes! He quickly assessed the problem and used a 40' power snake to clear the line under the house. Very profession and fairly priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I used Plumber I Am services to replace my home hot water heater. They were fantastic to work with from beginning to end. Professional, clean, on time, knowledgeable, understanding, good disposition, all around a great service experience. I highly recommend Adam and his team and I know I will use them again in the future.

My water heater was leaking and it was necessary to install a new tankless water heater. This service diagnosed the problem . Acquired a new water heater right away and installed it. Adam and Romaine were knowledgeable, kind, neat and efficient and got the job done all in a day as well as checked a few other things that I had concerns about. I will certainly use them again.

Replaced outside water shutoff valve. Took 1/2 hour and $25 dollars parts. Charged $350!. That's high.nnEven if you figure:nTechnician - $60 an hournService fee - $100nParts - $50.nnUnderstand it's plumbing. I figured $250 would be about right. $350 feels taken advantage of.nWon't use em and won't recommend them.
