Called on a Sunday afternoon when our master bathroom toilet and shower were making a “gurgling” sound... Terrified to think about how much this visit would cost! Roberto arrived on time, was super polite, and extremely knowledgeable! He was able to get us fixed up in no time and for a lot less money than what we were expecting to pay! Added bonus that he checked out all of our toilets, tubs and faucets to ensure that everything was working as expected. Very happy with the service Roberto provided and should we ever have the need again - Roberto will be the one that we ask for by name! Thank you!!!

Eddie arrived at 9pm & we discussed the issue. He listened to my problem & then shared his professional suggestions on how to go about cleaning out the outside drain & what is needed to repair the outside pipe to prevent this issue from occurring again. Eddie also scheduled another coworker to come to the house with the camera to show me the pipe that needs replacing.nnI thank Eddie who is honest & hard working. He is the one to have at your home doing repairs. Friendly, reliable and honest. Thank you Eddie. I will refer you & Roto Rooter now on.

Nick just left our home and I we couldn’t be happier with the service we received! Emergency contacted him after our original plumber couldn’t fix the issue.Nick was with us within a few hours/ same day. He stayed untilnThe issue was resolved and then tested and re-tested to be sure it was right! EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. Even made us laugh after we have had one heck of a week over this issue. Just can’t say enough great things about Nick and Roto-Rooter! Get ready Nick, we’ve already recommended you to basically everyone on the block! Thank you so so much!
