Mr. Rooter installed my dishwasher. We purchased it from Lowes and paid Lowes for installation. When the installer came, he wouldn't do the installation, because there is a small cabinet in between the dishwasher and the sink. He just up and left. Now I had to scramble. I heard about Mr. Rooter and called. I spoke with Sheryl and she could hear how distraught and upset I was. She got an installer to come out to my house that afternoon. He had no problem with the installation. He was very careful, clean and considerate of my home. Everything was very professional and my dishwasher runs perfectly. Thank you Mr. Rooter for saving my hands from continuing to have to wash dishes!!!
Called at 3PM for service. They told me I was next on the list. Then called back in an hour and asked if could postpone till tomorrow. I said no. They said ok will be out today. If they just told me at the beginning they couldn't show, I would have found some one else. 930 at night no show no phone call. Stay away from Mr. Rootor.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly to service us. Price was more than fair, Rich, the field supervisor arrived minutes after calling for service and was quick, worked hard and was extremely knowledgeable and communicative the entire time. Finding great contractors is hard these days but these guys were better than great.
Quentin went the extra mile and finally got out pipe unclogged. He explained the situation and did what he promised.
