Extremely happy with my experience. From my initial call to the actual service - the company was kind, professional, informative, and efficient. The technician who responded exceeded my expectations - he provided answers and fixed the issue quickly, all while being diligent about cleanliness.

I had a great experience at My Plumbing Co.! The receptionist (Jamie) was pleasant and efficient and scheduled a repair visit for later that same day. The service technician (Dan) was on time, knowledgeable and worked quickly. The cost was MUCH less than I would have paid with a larger company!! Based on my experience with this and other plumbing outfits, I highly recommend My Plumbing Co.!!

If you can get past the rude lady named Jaime without an argument when trying to schedule, then maybe you'll get an appointment within a week. I've never seen a more unprofessional administrative staff in my life. They came out to my home, per insurance request, and spent 2.5 hours onsite doing an inspection for a manifold, only to request a re-inspection to check behind the dishwasher.Sounds to me they are racking up a hefty bill to send to my insurance company in my opinion.

Plumbers were excellent!! That I want to make clear BUT ... if you can get by the young girl that always answers their phone which unfortunately you can not .. she is very unfriendly very unprofessional and just rude ..not sure if she is a family member (which would explain why she still works there ) then you will be ok.. the big company I work for I actually put them on our list for a great plumbing company to call .. NO MORE !! Because of her they are no longer on our list .. Don’t want our customers to have to deal with her rudeness.. Very Disappointing that owners of companies don’t realize that the person who answers their phone can make or break their business.. No one needs to deal with people like this
