Called Electriduct to get help with covering some wiring for remodeling purposes around my home. I wasn’t sure what I was really in need of but thankfully Rafael, Sales Manager was great, friendly and extremely helpful to me. A definite plus was the Same Day shipping option. I will definitely recommend Electriduct to my Family and Friends. Thanks!!

I've ordered their raceways online in 2014, 2015, and just recently. Their raceways are of high quality and they offer them in many sizes you can't find anywhere else. The adhesive holds much better than the Legrand products I had attempted to use prior. Excellent customer service when I needed assistance with an order and they ship relatively quick. Would highly recommend you check them out for cable organization and maintenance!

Electriduct's return policy is the customer has to pay for shipping to the customer and shipping back to them if the product needs to be returned. It's better to use another dealer who doesn't require fees for a return, unless you are positive you will not have to return the item.

Terrible experence all around. I ordered some raceways to use for client installations, after getting them I realized I needed accessories as well and I called to get the right ones. I was then given in correct part numbers and after I received the items (which I had expedited), I tried to call to see about swapping them out. I was told that they would help and I would receive a call by 12 the next day with a resolution. After not receiving a call by 2 pm I called and the manager told me that he sent an email, (I didn’t get an email). Then I was told that because they “can’t 100% confirm” what was said on the phone, that I would have to pay for the returns. It wasn’t until I pointed out how ridiculous this whole thing sounded until they finally agreed to do the swap. I was then told I would get an email by he end of the day. Now it’s 230pm the next day and have still not received an email or a phone call. They play games. They make sure to only send emails that help their case later after screwing you. The backlash that the previous bad review received should be indication enough how this company operates.nnI’ve never been more disappointed in how this business treats their customers, and the “managers” are doing a huge disservice to the owners who must have worked so hard to build a successful company.nnI have a just under a hundred installations scheduled over the next few months, and I refuse to do business with a company that doesn’t put their customers first.nnWhat a disappointment.nnI will be using another company.nnUpdate:nnThey waited 9 months to respond to me, all of which calling me a liar.. same as they did with other negative reviews in the past ud83euddd0ud83euddd0, shameful how this business operates.

They messed up my order, and were very rude about getting it corrected. Ended up just leaving it. Not worth the aggravation, just won’t be using them anymore.
