Not a customer friendly atmosphere. It seems business is extremely good and It like felt they were doing me a favor by doing business with me.nPrices were high.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The person I had the displeasure of interacting with literally went out of his way to be rude. Ended up ordering what I needed from amazon for 1/3 of the price. I would thank him for saving me money but he doesn’t even deserve that.
We did a complete remodel of our condo, including a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Melissa at NEXT was incredible! She helped bring our vision to life and knew exactly all of the little bits and bobs that the plumber would need to make sure it was all in working order. Our order was complete and on time when it was delivered, and we never needed to order “extra” parts. She had thought of everything! Their prices are competitive and they have a showroom to fit a wide range of tastes and price points. Melissa even went above and beyond in helping us replace a cap from the manufacturer that our contractor had lost.nnIf we ever do another remodel, we will definitely be back with Melissa and NEXT!
