The Linx Club at Brookfield Hills Apartments

We recently moved into The Linx Club on Pinehurst Court in Brookfield and thought it appropriate to share some thoughts.The units are great. They are recently constructed/brand new, with lots of windows, and plentiful sunshine and light. Huge porches, and an expansive heated underground parking garage, with additional storage, adds favorably to the overall experience. All members of the leasing staff have been professional and welcoming. Brittany and McKenzie have been particularly kind and helpful, having gone out of their way to assist in the transition, and are always positive and eager to please. We are pleased to call The Linx Club our current home, and give it our most favorable unconditional recommendation.

I wanted to hold off on writing a review until I could give this place an honest rating. I moved in back in October and have been very satisfied with my choice to move to The Linx Club. First, the location is wonderful. Being able to jump on and off the freeway is a game changer, even if I am not going anywhere during the pandemic. Having my windows open at night with the faint sound of the highway is something I find relaxing. Second, the leasing office is GREAT. My experience has been top notch. They are very friendly and accommodating. They are always happy to answer questions and take my calls to schedule time on the simulator. Third, the simulator. If you like golf, just move here. There is an amenity fee, but I know I will put the amenities to good use. Fourth, the apartments are great. There is a lot of room with good quality materials used within the apartment. The porch is a huge plus coming from an apartment with no balcony and a only few windows. Fifth, underground parking and the storage unit is a game changer (they are heated too). For no extra cost, this is one of the biggest perks here. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. I love it. I lived in other apartments and I haven’t been happier with this decision.nnDisclaimer: I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt like this place was worthy of it. There was also no financial incentive behind this review, I genuinely think this place is worth 5 stars.

The property is spectacular. The staff is incredible. The views are out of this world. We have received nothing but the utmost care and attention from everyone at The Linx Club and are excited to move in spring and be able to officially call it our home.

I cannot say enough great things about Mackenzie, the Linx Club, and the professionalism my husband and I received. I had previously overlooked them because the rating was so low. However, my husband actually read the reviews instead of looking at just the number, and I'm SO glad he did. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL, Makenzie has been so amazing to work with, and the views! The views are unbelievable! We are looking forward to calling The Linx Club our home very soon.
