Caitlin is so professional and friendly when my wife and I were consulting about the Georgetown Square Apartment. Caitlin answered all the questions we had and took several videos to show us around the apartment and parking area. Highly recommend Georgetown Square Apartment to everyone!

We love Georgetown Square! We had to make a very sudden move back in the Fall and were very unfamiliar with the Milwaukee area. When we first toured, we felt so at home! I'm happy to say that we still feel at home here! We adore both our apartment and the community. The management and maintenance staff are very communicative and accommodating and the overall property is very well maintained! We are overall very impressed with this community and we look forward to continuing to calling it home for years to come.

The heat is broken And The walls are not exactly soundproof as what the landlord said. I can hear a screaming baby from across the hallway every night. The water from the shower is lukewarm. Also the landlord said that there are 24/7 maintenance calls which is not true.

A Brookfield gem!nThere is a neighborhood quality to this community that stood out to me. Now being a resident here, I have grown to appreciate the peaceful preserve, friendly neighbors, included underground parking and the close proximity to so many great stores and restaurants.

My husband and I have lived in a townhome at Georgetown for the past year. Our experience has been excellent! The maintenance staff as well as the office staff (Barbara) have responded promptly to all of our requests. The environment is quiet and the buildings are clean and well maintained. We love using the facilities; the pool and work out room. We couldn't have found a better location in Brookfield. We are close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the movie theaters. We highly recommend Georgetown Square Apartments!
