Norhardt Crossing Apartments

We have been living here since more than an year now. The location is great and the units are also very nice. Kids enjoy the location with the park around the corner. The maintanance staff and management is awesome , they hear all queries with empathy and maintanance requests are resolved within hours when we report them. The parking lot, private streets are very well maintained. Trash management is also very good. Stress free living within a good community! The Gym and outdoor pool are a great way to relax specially during summer! Most neighbours have become like family ! The lease amount may seem to be high compared to other communities , however I still believe its worth the price upto a certain point!Stress free living within a good community!

Living here is great! My wife & I have lived here for the past 3 years & the service by the staff is first class. The location in Brookfield is close to so many things & you can walk to them if you so desire. The units are well maintained, the grounds are well kept & the pool is clean & clear!

Me, my wife and our daughter just arrive to USA (1 month ago). We moved to the new Norhardt Crossing Apartments Brookfield, WI 53045 apartments (apartment address 1910 norhardt dr brookfield wi 53045) December 16, 2019. For the first time, shortcomings (not critical) were identified and everything was transferred to the landlord. During the first 10 days me and my wife found the carpet: 1 rusty nail, 3 self-tapping screws, 2 needles. I was ready to endure everything further, if not for one event. December 26, 2019 my daughter stepped on a needle! She screamed in pain! My patience is over. December 27, I went to the administration of the complex with a request to replace the entire carpet in all apartments, because I do not know how many more needles are waiting for my daughter’s leg. David said to me that he could just clean my carpet! To my question, can he guarantee that after that there will be no needles in the carpet, he said that he cannot guarantee this (which is logical). I dont now how to live in unsafe apartment..nnThe apartment that you will be shown (exhibit) is not at all like the one you have to live in! Be carefull! Here is what I came across:nn1) stinks of dog urinen2) in the carpet, nails needles and screwsn3) torn seal on the dishwashern4) the water in the sink barely flows. very low pressuren5) a broken door lockn6) a broken lock on the windown7) broken wardrobe doorn8) dirty blindsn9) dirty chandeliersn10) Very dirty carpet!n11) trash in the heatern12) a broken box in the kitchenn13) torn gum on the doorn14) on the carpet repair piecesn15) a lot of traces of adhesive tape and iron staples from the stapler on the balconyn16) the boiler constantly makes noise and shoots.nnI should put 1 star. But in the initial stages, a nice and executive guy named Zeke really helped. Only out of respect for him, I will throw 1 additional star and give a final rating of 2 stars.nnI am a very calm and loyal person until the matter starts to concern the safety of my family. This post would not have appeared if I had just been given a safe home.n_________________________nUPDn23 jan 2020nI dont find the way to continue the discussion in thread, so i will put UPD section.nThe man comes to our apartment and have a look to the hill. He already start his work, when i ask him does he feel the smell of dog urine? He said yes, and that this smell can only be removed by changing the carpet. THANKS GOD! So 22 jan 2020 2 mans came and change carpet only in living room. So yesterday was the smell of clue and i cannot know does the smell of dog go away at all or not.nSo i still have:n1) dirty blinds (i think its time to fix it myself)n2) dirty chandeliers (i think its time to fix it myself)n3) a lot of traces of adhesive tape and iron staples from the stapler on the balconyn4) the boiler constantly makes noise and shoots when you open the tap and water flows .n5) i still not happy with the heater.. i m not sure is it ok or not. There is very dirty filter. does anybody knows how often the check of heater is required?n6) pressure in sink is still horrible

Fantastic place to live. Modern feel and appliances , best walk score in Brookfield. Close to shopping and plenty of awesome features. Office staff is the best and maintenance is always eager to please and fix issues promptly. Can’t go wrong living here.nnEdit : signing my second year in April for a bigger unit. Staff has been awesome
