My experience with Baird property management has been awful. We did a job for them and their check has bounced both times we have put it in the bank. We have tried to call them and nobody answers, nor does anyone call back. I have driven to their office listed on the web site, it is a home where the person who answered the door apparently has no idea of who Baird management is. I would never do business with this company again.
