We had a great experience working with Troy Baer (First Weber)! Being first-time home buyers, we were completely clueless about the process. Troy was always there to help us understand and help make the right decisions every step of the way. He adds a very friendly and personal touch to the whole process of home buying. First Weber didn’t know the value of my house way undervalued it. Margret cared more about making a fast commission than pricing my house correct. I would never work with first Weber again. If it wasn’t for me sticking to my low asking price that Margret had convinced me that’s all it was worth I would have lost even more money. They could care less about selling your house for what it is actually worth they just want the 6% commissionn!!
