Jeff Lien listed a house this past weekend on a Friday. My wife and I have been looking for our dream home for over 3 years and this was the one.nnWe tried to schedule a showing IMMEDIATELY Friday night at 6pm and they declined the showing.nnMy wife already had Mother's Day plans on Saturday so we re scheduled for Sunday.nnApparently Jeff said there was 17 showing and 4 offers on Saturday but never once called my realtor/agent to let her know these offers were coming in. Had he done that we would have made sure we came to the house in Saturday to see it and put in an offer. This was on a $650,000 house. Houses like that aren't flying off the market right now. Someone isn't being honest.nnWe were cash buyers. The fact he denied our showing on Friday and didn't notify our agent of any offers coming in is shady and unprofessional. When we got the call from our realtor that there had been an excepted off at 9pm on Saturday night we were devastated. We were scheduled for a showing at 9am Monday morning.nnWe are extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism in this and now lost out on a home we've been looking for over 3 years for.
