I worked with Tonya very shortly as a unique situation came about in which I did not need a realtor anymore. Despite that, Tonya was very gracious when I had to decline her services even though she had already done some work with me. That shows character.nnA friend referred me to Tonya when I wanted to see my first home and she was extremely responsive, set up something the same day. In the couple weeks following, she consistently sent me openings that matched my desires, was a great listener and seemed to work around the clock. She also referred me to a different lender who ended up helping me tremendously. Give Agape Realty a chance, if you are on the homebuying/selling journey, you won't be disappointed.
