We worked with Erika in the simultaneous sale of our current home and purchase of our new home. Erika helped us get an accepted offer on our dream home before our current house was even on the market. She kept communications open through the extended buying/selling timeline, and we ultimately had a very smooth buying experience.nnAs first time home sellers, Erika was integral in helping us prepare for market and accept an offer (within a week!). There were many unforeseen hiccups outside of our control, and Erika helped us work through them and ultimately sell our home. She was very responsive to questions, and readily available for communications. On top of it all, she is very optimistic, proactive, and pleasant to work with!

Erika helped my Husband and I buy and sell our house! I know she had her work cut out for her but she went above and beyond every expectation. She was a pleasure to work with and found us exactly what we wanted! She also sold our house with multiple offers all over asking price! Erika really understands the industry and most importantly she understands people. The biggest obstacle with any problem in life is usually communication! Erika was always on top of her game and communicated everything with me, when I didn't understand something she was right there to explain it to me. Her communication skills are what makes her such a great agent. She really worked hard and if I could do this all over again I would choose her to take care of all my real estate needs! This is our second time using Erika as our realtor and she did just an amazing of a job as the first time. Our first time using Erika she was tasked the difficult job of both buying and selling our homes. And now this time around she helped us sell our home so we could move across the country! We definitely are not typical clients but she went above and beyond to help make these difficult transitions flow smoothly. Our last house sold in less than 48 hours! Erika is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. 10 out of 10 I would recommend her as your realtor. I couldn't have done it without her!

She was an amazing realtor! Erika was amazing at communication, whether it was the first time I messaged her on Facebook to become our realtor, to sending us a houses condition report and then getting us in the door of houses. Even in a crazy busy sellers market she always made time for us. As first time homebuyers we really needed help in terms of the process and even what important things to look for when looking through a house, she helped every step along the way from start to closing day! I will forever use Erika as long as she is in business!
