Quick Fix Plumbing

I had a complicated situation with a broken dishwasher that needed to come out and it had been tiled into the space. I called Quick Fix and they sent Ricardo who was there when the new dishwasher was delivered and installed the new one. It is ridiculous how good this guy is!!! Personable, took care and attention, approached the situation with solution and not a problem, I am very happy. I am so happy that I called this company again to do some more work for me. CC Raymond

My water heater cracked in the middle of the night and TJ was able to fit me into their schedule and came out right away in the morning to replace it. He was quick, efficient, and professional when he was working and it all came at a phenomenal price. Any plumbing needs I have from here on out, Quick Fix will be my choice to do it!

Ricardo did an excellent job installing an outside water spigot at my mother’s house on 6/15. He was very knowledgeable and skilled; completing the job on time and without any issues. He explained what he was doing every step along the way and answered any question that my mother and I had for him. He was polite, respectful and helpful. The water spigot works perfectly with no leaks and or other problems. I appreciate the way Ricardo went about his work and wiliness to share with us what he was doing in layman’s terms. He is a wonderful ambassador to Quick Fix Plumbing. I hope he is recognized for his fine work.

I had a plumber come out on October 27th to repair a leak in my bathroom. While repairing the leak the plumber admittedly accidentally broke a pipe. He was very nice and called my warranty company and also the owner. Neither my warranty company or the owner felt they were responsible for the charge of the broken pipe the plumber admitted to accidentally breaking. The super nice plumber told me with embarrassment that I would be responsible for the almost 200 dollars charge of fixing what he broke. I called the company the next day to get a receipt and explain the situation. Another really great guy answered the phone named Matt and he tried his best to help me and get to the bottom of it. Even he expressed some concern over the fact I had to pay for it. Than I get a call from the owner shortly after! APPALLING! Hands down one of the rudest and most inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with. He talked over me the whole time, he told me anybody would have broke that pipe (how can you make a claim like that?), and finally he HUNG UP ON Me! Totally rude.... to make this all worst, I would have NEVER EVER gone to a place called “Quick Fix” ! I had to go through them because of my home warranty. I’ve used other plumbers before that have not treated its customers poorly! My advice to anyone contemplating using this company, BEWARE! There are some wonderful plumbers out there. But this isn”t one! Also my warranty company sucks too. Avoid them both.nEdit: company has still not given me a receipt for the service they provided (fixing the pipe they broke) after I paid over 200 dollars cash.

Poorly prepared, poor communication, poor service, and overpriced. Get a quote beforehand in writing and take before photos of the area they’re working in case they break something.
