Great Location nice and Quiet. Can walk to ⛱ Beach then come back and sun at the large pool . Paradise

It's like living in Mini paradise. The apartment complex is from sixties. They have been talking about gutting the apartments and remodeling them building by building. In the center of all the apartment buildings is a beautiful pool and beautiful grounds. The ocean is right across the street. Very nice place.

Called SIX different times and got no answer so now I took my business to another place that actually answered. Too bad for them when they can't even answer the phone for a customer willing to hand them money.

Great place to live. Been here five years and love it. Maintenance staff is just the best.

Great place to live...the office and maintenance staff are excellent and very responsive to the residents, the place is well maintained for an older building, and hey...it’s right across the street from the beach! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of three is that I miss having a dishwasher and washer/dryer. But that’s a small price to pay for living in an apartment complex where the staff actually makes you feel that’s it’s your home. You’re more than a resident here...you’re family.
