We enjoyed working with David Marsh of Alliance Properties of Brevard. He managed our two rental properties for 5+ years, and was our realtor when we chose to sell. He managed our properties well, even remotely as we no longer live in Florida. David was responsive and helpful when the occasional challenge arose. He suggested solutions, then he and his team managed them to successful completion each time. David is knowledgeable and provided great advice about the local rental market; therefore, under his management our homes never stood empty and we always had good tenants. Alliance Properties monthly reporting is timely, clear and accurate and made our accounting much easier throughout the year and especially at tax time. As our realtor, David worked with us to prepare our homes for market; he gave solid advice about necessary repairs, pricing, advertising/marketing strategies, etc. He worked hard to find qualified buyers and executed the sale and closing on both homes without a hitch, even while we remained out of state. We have been pleased with David’s support and would definitely recommend him, and Alliance Properties, for property management and real estate services.

David Marsh of Alliance Properties is a dual threat -- both an excellent real estate agent and an accomplished property manager. He has managed several condos and homes for us for several years. He has always been patient, helpful, communicative, and avoided major mistakes. We both recommend him and would hire him again.
