What a blessing it was to work with Bobbi Jo in order to sell my parents' house in Satellite Beach! We live in St. Augustine and relocated my parents here. She was very caring and compassionate of my parents' feelings leaving their home of 50 years. She communicated with us as some renovations were getting done while it was on the market, checked on the house after the hurricane, (even put one of the fences back up), and reassured us from a distance, during the whole process. Honestly, when I drove down to check on things, I'd meet with them and it felt that Bobbi Jo and her husband were part of the family. Her efforts were professional, efficient, honest, and caring. Now that the house has been sold, I miss talking with her. We'd recommend her with highest credentials!

After dealing with a number of unavailable and unresponsive realtors, I found Bobbi Joe by visiting an open house. After doing a great job walking me through that home she realized it was not a home that met my needs. Bobbi then took time to understand my very specific needs in a home took my information, with in an hour she had provided me with a list of homes on the market that met the requirements I gave her.nnTo say I took my time purchasing a place, is an extreme understatement, I was in no rush to buy and wanted to find the perfect property for me and my son. Over the next several months Bobbi showed me countless properties, and was always available to do so, I seriously cant remember a time she could not accommodate a showing for me. Through multiple home sale contract negotiations and having to back out of accepted offers on 2 properties, Bobbi was patient and diligent about representing my best interests. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed. As a bonus Bobbi often had her husband Chris join us on the showings. Chris being a home inspector was an invaluable resource to bounce questions off of, he would alert me to simple low cost repairs and what would become major construction headaches. What more can I say, at the end of the day I am in a home I love and will be raising my son in. I was so impressed with her professionalism, area knowledge and work ethic I would recommend her to anyone, and have recommended her to my mom!nnOh and one more thing! Bobbi and Chris are really fun people to just be around, if your going to have to spend so much time with someone walking through properties choose someone who's company you genuinely enjoy. I can promise you will not be disappointed with Bobbi Joe Webber.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a house to go with Bobbi Jo. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure the other parties involved were moving along in the process as well. She kept me updated with everything and was able to work around our busy schedule. Glad I chose her to help me with my first time home buying experience.
