Mac 5 Services is a great company to hire. Not only were their prices very affordable, but they also saved me a ton of money on not having to replace my toilet. They are very honest and took the time to explain what happened. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. I will definitely be hiring them again!

I called MAC 5 this morning and spoke with Jackie. She set up an appointment that worked with my schedule today and Tony and Sam arrived on time after calling first. They repaired the master tub faucet, and provided me with contact information for the manufacturer to see if I might be able to get a replacement part for the old faucet, something only they would have. They also replaced my kitchen faucet which had been leaking for some time. Clear options and pricing up front. Professional and polite and cleaned up after their work. No wasted effort. Jackie, Tony and Sam are a great team. I will definitely call on them again. Rodney P Goff

MAC 5's Plumber Sam came to my vacation home after my neighbor noticed a leak on the side of my house. Sam quoted me for a partial repipe giving me 3 different options. I went with the one I could afford and felt compared to the other 2 quotes I got they were the most affordable. Customer service was great and Sam sent me before, during, and after pictures. They take credit cards over the phone and were able to work with my neighbor on my behalf. They even offered me to be in their Neighbor Program!! Discounts!!! I like discounts! Thanks Sam & Jackie!!!

From start to finish these guys we're amazing! Sam came on time and quickly got my water running while he installed my water heater. He was quick, friendly and professional. He explained how to work everything and had the install done quickly. Thanks guys!!

Sam came on a Sunday and by Thursday he was working to replace my cast iron pipe that was broken under the house. He was done by Saturday which I found amazing. He was even able to go under my brand new bathroom and not ruin it at all. Great job!
