the man who did my nails only wore one glove and the used his nails to pick at my cuticles. he then completed drilled my cuticles until they bled. then when i showed him the design i wanted he did a completely different design that was messy and looked terrible. plus all the tools used looked very gross and were definitely not clean. I don’t recommend this place.
I went when I first moved here and didn’t care for my first experience. Tried a few others but came back as it’s convenient as I live nearby. I love Mason there and now make an appointment for him. Great job with my French manicures and my spa pedicures.
Great place, work well done! Every precaution for COVID, in and out as quickly as the job gets done! Treated with respect and caring. Thank you, staff❤
I made an appointment. Upon my arrival I was met with no one, no response, no nods to the head. I waited over an hour past my appointment only to be passed by by a walk in. Poor customer service
The nail technician was rude, his services were poor and very unprofessional. He used his thumbnail to pick off my old shellac, it was disgusting! When he did my so-called, hand massage at the end, he put on one glove and literally about a half a teaspoon of lotion. He seemed irritated that he had to do his job. Horrible experience and I will NOT be back!!!!!!
