Reserve At Mill Creek

The trash is always overflowing out of the dumpsters, the hallways are always so dirty and dusty I have never seen anyone mop the floor, sweep the steps, wiped the doors down or anything at all to disinfect the door or the railings . Omg not to mention the roaches!!!!!! for the amount of money that we pay there should be no roaches in here at all!!! it’s terrible I hate to even cook in this apartment that’s how bad the roaches are . I spray every single day and night and have yet seen an exterminator . I have made many complaints about the roaches. I hate this place!! I would not advise anyone to move here.

Because the property manager and the maintenance guys are awesome there fair and they break there backs to make sure that the tentants are are satisfied I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a start over cuz I’m very satisfied for 12 years come and check us out and I also gives the new property mangers 5 stars by herself she’s awesome she gets the job done sincerely miss.sandra Williams

Great atmosphere inside and outside. Clean apartments. Manager she was great and informative.

To cheap to have a plow truck to come through knowing they have a big hill half the people can't get past when it snows
