Excellent service from this company, especially Bob Casey! He does a great job with servicing X-Cel Tooling, Inc., as well as taking care of us anytime we need anything additional...he responds almost immediately. I have nothing negative to say about Bob or ITU!
Our Rep, Mike Subotich, does an outstanding job of supporting our 1st Aid cabinets and programs. Recently while out of state, I was notified the wash-eye station was used. I let Mike know. Our weekly rep is Bob C, is amazing! Super friendly, always keeps us update to date on any route changes. Environmentally aware company that we have used for years! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Our two reps, Mike Subotich for first aid and Jon Foshey for uniforms are fantastic. Mike always goes the extra mile for us whether it is in stocking our first aid cabinet or maintaining our eye flush stations. Jon is always on top of our uniform needs and is quick to make changes and adjustments. Even when the regular reps are unavailable, their subs are always professional and do a fantastic job. When needed, the customer service team is very helpful and quick to take care of our needs.
