A few weeks ago I came across an offer from Totally Clean to have our air ducts cleaned. I figured to give them a try and called to make an appointment. Benjamin Stocks, the owner talked to me about what the offer included and he was very clear about what other services could be needed depending on the condition of our air ducts. Ben himself came over to the house to do the job. He took several pictures from inside the air ducts and after showing them to us, we established that we needed more than just the simple maintenance cleaning I had purchased. He was extremely thrall with every step of the cleaning. He was taking pictures of every air duct as they were cleaned and showing us the before and after. The final result was incredible. He didn't try to sell us more services than what we needed and he was very honest about what we needed to do after the cleaning and he guaranteed his job if we weren't satisfied. The total cost for the service wasn't bad and my family is breathing better because of the service he provided. He even improved the air flow of our system. We are very happy and pleased with the services Totally Clean provided and if we ever need any services we will definitely call then again.
