The staff is down home personable but very professional. They are different in the world of Realtors in that the staff works collectively as a team to expedite negotiations for buyers AND sellers in the closing processes. They have a wealth of knowledge and collaborate from their experiences, resources, and backgrounds that lends and proves as a valuable asset to a diverse audience. Their ethics and history in dual representation is of the highest standards. I highly recommend the office and their agents for any and all representation needs.

Glenn and I contacted Tara about a listing. Once we traveled up from east Texas, they showed us this property and numerous others on three different trips. Sam remembered a property that he had shown previously which was a little higher than our price range. We were able to negotiate a reasonable purchase price, and we contracted the sale.It was perfect for us. Tara helped us out at a very difficult time. My father passed after a very brief illness and she was very compassionate in dealing with my fathers house. We were not in the same city and she was able to do everything except for the closing (of course) electronically. She’s a great negotiator and we always felt like she was 100% on our side. I’ve not always had that feeling in dealing with realtors. I would definitely use her again!
