Always love getting pizza here, you can customize it and take it home to bake to how you like it done. I always get a veggie pizza. Only downside was they have that masks are required yet their employees were not wearing them because as I walked in I saw them put them on and one person had it below his nose[which is pointless to wear one at this point]. But I wasnt too worried as my pizza would be cooking at 425°in the oven

I tried to apply a coupon online and I had trouble getting it to take. I called the store and they took my order over the phone and told me to screenshot the coupon and they'd honor it in person. When I showed up they couldn't find my order and their first response was to suggest that I had called the wrong store. I read the phone number from my call history and the employee claimed to not recognize the number. When I dialed the number from my call history their phone rang and I heard them pick up. Suddenly they found my pizzas. I showed my coupon and they refused to honor it. I explained that the individual I spoke with earlier assured me that my coupon would be honored. The employee claimed to know who told me that and still said that he would not honor the coupon. I thought they were rude, inconsiderate, and disorganized. I will avoid this location on Pilgrim and silver spring in Menomonee Falls.
Great location. I have been going to this location for several years now. I'm fairly certain I've never had a bad experience. The kids behind the counter are always so nice and friendly even if they are busy. Using the coupons they send out the prices can't be beat. Overall, great pizza and great service!!
