We've been a customer at this location for a very long time and have consistent problems with getting the orders made correctly. Have emailed the corporate office twice NO RESPONSE. Manager was rude when I called to tell him of the problems that consistently occur when we pick up an order after 3:00 p.m. We are finished paying for product we are not receiving. and paying extra for. The management at this company is a complete joke, same with corporate. Don't waste your time and money here. It's now been a month and finally, I have a reply (see below) Problem is, I've already sent two requests online at the Contact-us site. NO ONE EVER REPLIES. Total sham of customer service. Cut and paste answers - no results.

Best cousins I've had in years. Great service and taste like cousins used to taste. I'll definitely be driving out of my way for this place. This location should train all other locations.

I have been coming to this Cousins for a good number of years. Friendly staff. Very professional, efficient and they work hard to get the orders done right. I cannot think of a greater group of people who work hard to deliver fresh subs to everyone. My picky eating son loves their subs and especially their french fries. I cannot think of a better place to get subs. Even during COVID times, the drive thru makes it easy to get subs fast and quick!

I order Cousins subs multiple time and it's my favorite restaurant so far! I like this place because Bobby an employee there know who I am even I wore my facemask and hat. I order online all the time and Bobby would say my name and how am I like he knows every customers. Also great food and drink! I never have a problem here!
