Noodles & Company never ceases to satisfy my desire for mac n cheese. It's a perfect little place for meeting up with new people, or a casual date, or just to go by yourself and get awesome noodles. For every individual Noodles & Company Ive been to, the staff is always friendly and prompt. I am always excited to eat here!

Fast food is good

This review is strictly about this particular location, not the company as a whole. This location needs to get it together. From the long wait times, rude staff members and my order being wrong every time I go in. I worked a 12 hour shift, went to noodles after work to grab something quick to eat...well actually I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food and watched people who came in after me leave. I get it, it was busy. I was a little ticked off but there’s nothing you can do. I get home and realize the steak stroganoff I ordered literally had not one piece of steak on it. Like come on. I called and informed the manager of what happened and he said he would give me a free coupon in the mail but he needed my home address. Then he hung up on me! I reached out to the area manager once before regarding an incident with rude staff members and meals not being made properly and she sent me free coupons (this was the visit I went in to use one of those coupons and this is the redemption shot I get?) so horrific. I really think they need to wipe all of the employees clean here and start over. Especially management. The first time I didn’t write a review but this time I am because I will never return to this location, ever. I don’t care if I have to drive 25 minutes to get to the next closest noodles location, I would. Please avoid this location. I promise, you will only end up disappointed and feel as if you’ve wasted your time and money.
