If I could give this Papa Murphy's location zero stars I would. I had the worst customer service experience there tonight. I called in a pizza order BBQ thin crust at 4:45 pm for a 5:15 pm pick up (Lydia) said no problem. Arrive the store at 5:15 pm, pizza is not ready. Finally 5:30 pm my thin crust BBQ is ready. Take it home, place it in the oven for 10 mins, removed the pizza from the tray per the instructions for a little bit more of a crispy crust, the dough was rolled out so thin that there was a huge hole in the pizza. Pretty sure the hole was in the pizza and they just covered it with cheese and sauce anyways. I will never ever purchase a pizza from this location.
