I was referred to Puroclean by a friend. I called for an estimate. The technician forgot about my appointment, so he apologized and came later that day. He was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He was supposed to email me a quote the next day, which he did not. I emailed him two days later with no reply. My husband called the following week and left a message. I then called the week after that and talked to someone in the office, hoping to get a new tech, but they said they would get ahold of the first guy. Still haven't heard back and going with a different company.

Wow, I must say our experience with John was second to none. We had an issue that need to be addressed ASAP and with all the storms they we're not able to help immediately. John was concerned enough he offer solutions that made an immediate impact. Our homes environment and our respiratory issues cleared up until we could get a long term solution. It would have been easy to just blow us off but we are grateful for thoughtfulness.
They were quick on the response and patient when it came to my Insurancencompany payment. Easy to work with.
The Puro Clean team was very quick to respond when my roof was leaking! They were here within a couple of hours and took care of everything. They left an industrial fan to dry everything out. I offered to drop it back at their shop, but they picked it up. The team is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
