I would not recommend this place for ANY high end clothes. I have a Veronica Beard blazer that came back picked and shiny where they shoddily presses over the zipper. I have Kimora Lee Simmons dress that came back pickled and a mess. I was told in both situations the fabric was problematic. My husband had a cheap microsurgery blazer that looks like they wet cleaned it. Every conversation results in them offering to redo it, but when stuff is ruined and unwearable, it is never their fault. Do not trust your good clothes to them.
I LOVE 1-800 Dry Clean! We have been with them for years and cannot recommend them more highly. My previous dry cleaning company could not navigate my driveway in the winter months, so I contacted Elizabeth. She has done a beautiful job of communicating with me and has offered to pickup my shirts from another location on those days.
Elizabeth is great to work with. Great communication. Shirts are always done the way I asked for.
