Really messed my eyebrows up. They have a natural shape that is very easy to clean up. The 5 star reviews are very misleading. She didn’t ask how I wanted them and when I voluntarily told her she cut me off and said okay. I should have stopped her right then. Please recognize that there are lots of early reviews that have only 5 stars and no comment which is pretty sketch. It’s going to take me weeks to grow that hair back and I’m going to try and fix what I can myself because they’re horrendously uneven. Worst job ever done on them and that’s not an exaggeration.

Sonia does a terrific job with my eyebrows! I have been going here for 2 years now after trying a few other places in the area and not being satisfied. I usually have my 2 toddlers with me and she is always so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend Sonia.nnUpdate: I’ve been going to Sonia for a while now and she’s always done a great job. She’s able to thread even while she is wearing a mask.

I am so confused at how this place got so many 5 star reviews. For starters, when I came in, she didn’t even ask me how I wanted my eyebrows done, she just got to work. Second, she was on the phone THE ENTIRE time I was there. And finally, she made my eyebrows SO THIN. I hate the way they look ud83dude2d I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. Please please please find someone who actually knows how to shape eyebrows so they don’t end up looking sad like mine.

Worst threading place. Didn’t even ask me how i wanted my brows... and made it too thin... she is such a blabber mouth.. don’t waste your time or money

I had been looking all over Milwaukee and Waukesha to get my eyebrows threaded and no one comes close to Sonia. Her work speaks for itself and she makes you feel comfortable and is such a kind human. Even when she has been unable to be available at 11am due to family urgencies as her husband needs care, she works with you to reschedule and goes out of her way to stay longer in the day if necessary.
