My best friend went here to get her hair done, and she was met with atrocious results. Faye was the one who colored her hair. My friend told them that she had previously used box dye, so she was anticipating her stylist to try a test strand, or to use color more appropriate and safe for her hair's history. My best friend paid $300 for this massive disappointment!! and now has to go to a real professional and pay even MORE money to get it fixed. Her hair is literally 4 different colors and splotchy. VERY bad job and I hope they give her a refund!! It's your job as a stylist to tell your client what you can safely do with their hair so that color doesn't get so messed up like this. Terrible job.

My daughter had her hair “professionally” colored and spent $300 for a color (or I should say multiple colors!) she did not ask for. Honestly, she did a much better job when she was 12 with a box from Walgreens. I certainly hope she gets reimbursed!

I’ve been going to Alexa regularly for a couple of years and I am always so happy with how she cuts and colors my hair! She always listens to what I’m looking for and adds her own twist to fit my style.

A friend of mine went to get her hair dyed on 11/21, she came home looking like roadkill died and decayed in her hair! Her hair is 4-6 different colors, when all she wanted was a brunette to blonde ombré. The end result had her in tears for the whole day and she's afraid to even be seen with her hair in the condition this salon has left it. Almost 300 bucks wasted to have hair that looks worse than she what came to the salon with. I pray she gets reimbursed for the mess they left her with.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a salon. I was not greeted nice. The hair dresser said barely two words to me and knocked off my mask and didn’t say anything. She was very rude and not friendly. She rushed through my hair and didn’t do a good job. She didn’t even ask how my day was like a normal hairdresser would. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to experience bad customer service!
