I highly recommend Sam Erickson to be your next real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgable in all areas of real estate and was outstanding to work with. We bought a house from out of state which can make things challenging, and Sam was nothing but great in making sure everything ran smoothly during the entire transaction. He easily worked within our time constraints and provided great advice and guidance when trying to buy a home from long distance. Sam is an all-around great guy, fun to work with, and completely trustworthy. I can't recommend Sam enough.

I reached out to Sam to list my property and it took less than a week from when he met with me to when I had an accepted offer!nnBesides helping me sell my home he has helped me find 2 new properties that I've closed on as well. Sam is always available to show me properties as soon as they're listed. He is very knowledgeable about the local market which is a big plus for me. I will definitely be using him again.
