In building a new home, our builder has used Doc's for septic and mound systems. Unfortunately, due to an accident of a key employee, we needed to find someone else. Our builder found someone else and they picked up with what Doc's left off. Now, 18 months later and we are putting in a new motor. There's no baffle in the second compartment to stop solids entering the third compartment which pumps to the mound system. There's also a filter which the slightest partials, even hair can clog it making your motor work harder only to fail. Getting a new higher hp motor, baffle installed and gimic filter removed.

Called to schedule a septic system pump and water jetting, was told okay the can perform hydro jetting, which is listed on their website!!! Found out today, after they came to my house that they stopped jetting last week WHEN I scheduled my appointment. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Also, will be refusing to pay since they advertise services they do not perform.

We had our septic tank pumped and inspected in 6/2019 as required. Paid the $305 on 6/26. Doc's never sent in the certification to Waukesha County, even after numerous calls. Waukesha County had to send us some letters threatening a citation for non-compliance. We called Doc's again and requested they send the paperwork in, and they said they would. Well the final letter prior to the citation arrived a few days ago from Waukesha County. We have pled with Waukesha County and previously they said that Doc's has to submit electronically. Well they haven't and now we are looking at a citation and fine?!?! I sent the receipt in to Waukesha County in the hopes that they will cite the correct party, which isn't us. I would not use Doc's as they may or may not cost you a citation.

Terrible company! My well was not up to code but was reported as it was. I called to discuss the matter and Dolly was very rude and blunt about how she would do nothing to make the situation right. I would not recommend the company for the inadequate work they perform and poor customer service.
