I have never asked a question of any of the floor workers that they couldn't answer. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I hope the "small business" atmosphere continues in their new facility.

Reminds me of an old hardware store from when I was younger. Narrow aisles and like walking through a maze.
TERRIBLE service! Didn't have what I needed!
I needed a part and the lady said they had it at the old store and that they would go get it for me. I waited around for 20 mins (near the lady). After going to ask her about it she passed the blame and said the other guy was going to take care of it but he clearly wasn't.
Terrible experience. Never going back. Could have gone to Home Depot in twice during that time.
Best place in Heber. Friendly staff, totally awesome. Old store... but you get what you need and if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, they’ll help you find a solution. Best!
In Heber, Timberline Ace Hardware is the place I go for my hardware needs. The staff is helpful and the prices and selection are good.
The one thing that is slightly irritating about this store is its layout. I feel like I’m wandering through a maze. Luckily, the staff know the store well and are happy to help you find what you’re looking for.
