Platinum Nails is the only place I will let work on my nails and the only place I would recommend. It’s a beautiful and updated space with plenty of different services for everyone. My nails always look absolutely gorgeous after I get them done. I’ve never had better service or quality of work anywhere else. This is definitely a nail salon to check out if you want beautiful nails and great service with true professionals!

In preparation for my upcoming wedding I took the two flower girls 3 years old and 10 years old) and my sister to get manicures here. I called three days before my apt to make one for 6pm. When we arrived at 5:50 stating we had a 6pm apt they looked at me as though they had no idea what I was talking about. We waited almost a half an hour before being helped.nIt gets better.. I tell the girl that the 10 year old wanted just a manicure and wanted the paint to be a French manicure. The worker asked if we wanted gel I said no. (She’s 10 I wasn’t going to put her nails through the grinding) I was getting a pedicure so I wasn’t able to see what was going on. When I’m done I see that the worker had put a full set of acrylic nails on! I immediately said this is not what we wanted and tried to call the girls mother to explain in fear of her being upset. The worker was going to still charge me the price for a gel manicure, which is still not what we asked for, additionally they were going to make me pay to have them taken off despite THEIR ERROR! I would not suggest going there. Go somewhere that listens to what you want! Needless to say I will never be going back.

I don’t get pedicures as often as I should, but when I do I really appreciate the various options and great care that is put into them at Platinum Nails. They do such a great job every time. Definitely do the upgrade with the leg massage, totally worth it!

definitely do not recommend. i have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. first, i called at 3 pm asking when they had openings and i was told 5 pm would work great. i got there early, in order to pick my color and was ready by 5. i then had to wait over an hour for someone to even touch my nails. then, they were out of the color my friend wanted so she had to choose a completely different color. then once my nails started getting done, the woman doing my nails was hurting my hands so bad i was flinching. i was then told that i needed to “stop moving” in a stern voice as if she was mad at me, when she was the one hurting my hands. once she was done, i told her about how much glue was under my nails, she took a bit off, but not nearly close to the appropriate amount. not even to mention, none of my nails are even close to the same shape, they’re crooked on my fingers, and they are extremely lumpy. horrible customer service on this woman’s part. if someone is flinching, you need to realize you’re hurting them and that you need to be more gentle. and my nails turned out absolutely awful.
