Great store, horrible staff. No help and when you ask they get upset cause they have to put down their phones.
This store has a good selection, but its customer service stinks. It felt like I was serving the employees here and not the other way around.
What I like best about this store is the fact there is always someone who is willing to help you find what you need. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well stocked, organized and clean.
Worst customer service every time I go in. The guy stood behind the counter, wouldn’t look at me, or talk to me. Then when I asked asked for help he was super annoyed.
The customer service is never helpful. Everytime I ask for something they point in the direction the item should be or stare blankly at me and shrug there shoulders.
