I called around 9 am to discuss a clogged toilet at my house. I had tried to plunge it myself; but the water level rose to the rim and didn’t recede an inch. Even after a day. He called before arriving to give me heads up, was quick and efficient. He was polite and courteous. I don’t know how he was able to unclog it, but he fixed it quickly.nnHe was able to recommend a different plunger brand that should work better in the future. I would strongly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

My husband went over with the technician all the steps that he already did with the well pump/tank and the technician said to get a new tank and then give him a call. We did get a new tank and called, but no one ever returned the call to come out and install, but we sure did get a bill for the trip charge and hourly service. Kept trying to call for service and just kept getting bills and threats for collections !!! :/

I needed a plumber ASAP, with only one toilet, and it’s clogged!nRuss changed his schedule to get to us, 10 minutes and here he was!nExcellent job, friendly, informative, and reasonable! There aren’t many people whonwill go out of there way to help like Russ did!! It’s wonderful to have a workingntoilet again! On that note, I think I’ve gotta go!ud83eudd23!

Very responsive and fair. Came out to inspect the faucet needing replacement and ended up taking care of it right away
