Worth the drive. A new location opened up closer to home but was a big disappointment. We will drive the extra 10 minutes to get the best food and best service! Never disappointed!
Uncomfortable experience.nRude. To long of a wait to order ( we were the only in store customers). Multiple employees stopped directly in front of us at the counter without acknowledgment.nAfter several minutes we requested service, to which we recieved awkward stares from most of the staff... eventually one took our order.nNothing wrong with food. Just poor service.
Loooooooong wait which is on par for this location for some reason. Fries are ALWAYS way undercooked and unsalted. Staff is friendly enough and the subs are good but do NOT get the fries.

I visited Cousins Subs in Slinger for the first time today. When I attempted to pay through the pin pad with a gift card, it would not work. The very nice young lady at the counter went to find the very nice manager to help. When the card failed again, the manager asked me for the card so she run it manually. Imagine my embarrassment when she very politely pointed out that my card was for a different sub sandwich restaurant. Instead of making me feel stupider than I already did, she was extremely gracious about it. Between the two of them, they earned all my future business.
