Scott Stortz knows the Jackson and surrounding markets like the back of his hand. Intelligent, prompt, extremely professional and trustworthy. He provided us with valuable insight and detailed guidance that truly put our minds at ease. There were some basement wall issues with the home we were looking at buying, and Scott quickly had the problem evaluated, diagnosed and solved. We ended up buying the house and the problem discovered has never been an issue to date. It’s easy to see why Star Properties has a 5-star customer satisfaction award.

Very professional, well versed firm. Only issue is that they appear to price homes too aggressively (faster turn) leaving money on the table for the homeowner. I had a different agent wanting to list my home $15K higher and was a bit skeptical based on Star Properties feedback so I priced it in the middle. Home had an offer in less than a day with showings that couldn't even be fulfilled. The home was likely still priced too low being $15K over Star's recommendation.
