I actually learned of Tim/Triple B a couple years back. I happened to come across his inspection from a home I was interested in making an offer on. Thankfully, because of Tim's extremely detailed report, I never did put an offer in on that house. But I sure saved his report! I knew down the road when I would buy, I would use Triple B.nnThat time has come! So I pulled out that old inspection report and gave Triple B a call!!!nnTim was so kind and willing to maneuver his schedule to fit me in days before my deadline. On site, Tim explained everything and answered every question I had. Tim is one of the best inspectors I've worked with as a Realtor. He is very quick, thorough, and to the point. He's also very like-able, personable, and makes everyone feel very comfortable throughout the whole process while gladly answering any questions/concerns along the way. Definitely consider him for your home inspection, because you won't be disappointed.

Had the opportunity to hire and walk thru my first home inspection with Tim. Not only did he do an awesomely thorough inspection, he explained to me what each concern was and why. Tim is fantastic - if you are looking for a detailed home inspection at a reasonable price he is the man to go with. He explained everything to me that I needed to know and had a detailed report with pictures within hours. He was patient, kind, and honest throughout the whole process.
