Ricks Plumbing was referred to by Thielmann Heating in Hartford, WI. Rick did not provide an estimate at the start of the job. He did not put in the desired valve that was instructed by the owner. He completed the job and took away the copper pipe that was cut out of the old plumbing. This was taken without permission and then returned when he was told. He did not give a list of charges when the job was complete and sent a bill 3 months later which was abnormally high for a small 1 hour plumbing job. I would not recommend him for any plumbing work.
Jason was super friendly, explained and showed me everything he did. The sink and toilet have worked great since. He was also fast! Thanks so much!
Rick's guys did a special order water heater install for us in Erin. They removed all the old piping and old heater, took the new power vent 75 gallon heater (very heavy) around the house and down stairs and installed it in record time. They even installed a recirculating pump I had on hand and allowed for insertion of a new pump if required in the future. Everything was done expertly, and the work area was left perfectly clean. Even the venting outside was done perfectly. I would recommend Rick's Plumbing in a heartbeat to anyone in the area!
We are selling our home and needed to get some work done prior to closing. Rick and his team were great to work with. Rick gave us a fair quote and was very accommodating with scheduling the appointment. Rick and his team showed up on time and did the necessary repairs to our plumbing system. Rick didn't return calls to complete a job after accepting payment for work that wasn't done as promised.nFor a few hundred more I had another company complete the entire job right in less than a day
