I tried ordering online, website charged my card but I never got an order confirmation. Called the store, talked to someone who said I would probably have to call my bank and cancel the charge because nothing came through on their end and this was a known issue with their website. So took my computer down to the store to show what I ordered, and talked with the woman who I spoke with on the phone, who claimed to be the store owner. I asked if the subs I ordered could please be made since I had already been charged for them. The owner laughed at me and said no, it wasn't her problem and that I would have to call my bank and cancel the charge. This is obviously terrible customer service and I will not be going to this Subway again

Everything came quick and as ordered. Perfect radio for all toppings, cant complain!

So I ordered a tuna sub well atleast I though I was. Apparently 4 small tablespoons of tuna is considered a sandwich. Dont plan on going back there again especially if your going to charge $7.99.

This Subway is one of the not so good ones. Their bread ALWAYS taste stale and their veggies look like they've been sitting around for 2 weeks. I don't understand why the owner doesn't do something about it, maybe she feels mediocre is acceptable? I can tell you, many have stopped going due to the decline in quality. I used to eat Subway 3x a week, now I refuse to go.

With great food and an ever better staff I make this subway my stop for lunch as often as I can. Keep up the good work guys!
