I've lived in Hartford close to 20 years and only visited the chain sub shops. Angee B'z is the sub shop I'll go to from now on. There was a wide selection of subs, sandwiches, wraps, sweets & soups. I'm a fan of soup. Can't wait to try more.
Order online. Received a called back stating most of our order they were out of stock. Order 45 mins ahead for pick up and still waited over an 1 hour after that to get our food. Food was average kinda skimpish on the meat. Definitely will not be going back. Which is too bad because I would love to support our local businesses during this time. The response I got back was yeah yesterday was kinda crazy very busy.
I have been living in the Hartford area for over four years and I am writing this on the eve of my next move. I heartily recommend Angee B'z sub shop. In the land of chains I really appreciate the quality that Angee B'z provides with their soups, paninis, subs/sandwiches and salads. My wife and I rarely agree on where to pick up lunch but we always agree on Angee B'z.
What a great experience, again, with this restaurant. I made a mistake on my own order, they offered to fix it and deliver it, even though it was my error. The quality of the sandwiches were amazing. The ingredients were as fresh as I've had in a sandwich in my memory. The portion sizes are tremendous. The menu selection is big enough that I'll probably never try all their items. Just a great mom and pop type operation with people that love what they do, love their community and love their customers.
Nice, chic place with good options for wraps, subs, flatbreads, and panini. The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is quick, and efficient. Options include dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
