I have been here for five years now. The space is ample and adequate for my needs (two bedroom). George does a really good job of taking care of things around here, and making sure his tenants have everything they need. It is really quiet here, and the other tenants are very respectful. I haven't had any problems since I have been here, but I am sure if I did they would be promptly taken care of.

I have lived here for six years. It's a good location if you like being in town, but off the main roads, and at a great cost for location, size, and quality of apartment and management in comparison to other places nearby. Neighbors are friendly and management is great. George and Jerry, and now Sara, are always understanding, accommodating, and willing to help with whatever you need. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly, yard work is kept up with, and snow removal is prompt. It's nice to have a landlord that cares about their tenants, their property, and are only a text away if something needs addressing.

I have lived at Hoyt Apartments with my daughter for almost 11 years now and we have never had such a great landlord like George! If you ever need anything fixed they are quick and on the job. I would recommend renting here to my friends and family. Hoyt Apartments is the best place to rent from if you want a quiet and friendly environment.

Hoyt Apartments has been my home for a few years now and has been my best experience with renting yet. George and his team have shown that they care about their tenants through prompt responses to issues and repairs and keeping the buildings clean and up to date. It's peaceful, safe, and worth what I pay to live somewhere where I'm valued. I'll be sticking around for a good while!

This is an awesome place to live. Great price for the size of the apartments. Sara was very friendly and quick to respond. She answered all my questions and gave me some moving tips. Every neighbor that I have meet has been very nice. The apartment complex is very well kept and clean. I would recommend living here to anyone.
