Sara and her team were absolutely amazing. I live in the Madison area and was tasked with selling my mom's house from out of town. A friend referred me to Sara and I am so very grateful. Sara is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough while also being kind and compassionate. She took the time to explain things very clearly to my elderly mother, and allowing her to feel comfortable with the process of selling her home of 55 years. Not an easy task! With some major repairs and moving assistance needed, Sara took care of giving us high quality referrals so we could take care of everything that needed to be completed in order to sell the house. Sara or one of her team members were always very responsive, responding to calls or texts almost immediately. The house sold for over asking price after only 4 days on the market. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend the Sold By Sara Team!

These amazing people did a fabulous job getting us to our best offer and purchasing our dream property! Sara and her team not only helped us find our dream hobby farm in a really tough market, but also led us through every step of listing and selling our previous home for $15K above asking price. Sara was so knowledgable about the conditions of the homes we looked at, honest and real with us about needed improvements, and was very patient in our 14 month search for the perfect hobby farm! I would highly recommend her to anyone who was looking to purchase or sell a home in any area in Southeastern Wisconsin.

I didn't feel pressured to make the suggested improvements and I'm so glad I followed her advice. My home sold in 1 day with multiple offers for thousands over the list price. We just sold our second house with Sara. Both experiences were great! Our houses sold quickly and Sara and her team were great to work with. Hoping we don't move again anytime soon, but Sara is our first choice realtor if we do.
