Just had an OUTSTANDING experience refinancing my home with Keller Mortgage. The Martin Group linked me with Keller Mortgage since I used Keller Williams to buy my home, and in ~2-3 hours from initiating my inquiry into refinancing, I was confirmed with the new loan terms and will be saving several hundred dollars each month. The experience could not have been more pleasant, especially to someone who previously knew nothing about refinancing. All documentation uploading was online and a breeze.

I encountered the Martin Group over a year ago via a mutual friend who had them sell her investment property (in under 5 days) in late 2019. I had a large portfolio of rental properties in 6 different US cities and needed someone here in Milwaukee to sell the ones we had here. After meeting with Tom virtually in October, he and his team put together a plan to sell all 5 properties. Over the course of the next 10 months they prepared, staged, marketed, and sold all 5. There were multiple hurdles over that 10-month period (Covid shut down, the crash of the Airbnb market and general buyer fears of the unknown). Tom and his team handled EVERY hurdle, negotiated each deal, worked with me to remodel one property that was not selling, and even found us over a half dozen tenants for some of the vacant units. We closed on our last property in October. The Martin Group is one of the most efficient, knowledgeable, and professional real estate teams I have ever worked with not only in Milwaukee but the entire US. I would highly recommend them for investors looking for a knowledgeable and professional real estate team to work with. Tom and Team, excellent job WELL DONE!

Marcus was amazing to work with. He helped us sell the home we were in and purchase a new home. The team at the Martin Group was phenomenal. We really did not have to worry about a thing. From staging, to pictures, to open houses to closing everything went smooth. I will definitely work with The Martin Group next time we need a new home.
