What a wonderful place with well educated officers. Very aware and involved in their community. All the times I've dealt with them, they were courteous, considerate, dedicated, and helpful. I am proud to have such honorable gentlemen and women serving my community.

I was on my way to work Today & the car stalled & shut off in the intersection on Main Street & Fountain BLVD. I almost got hit by a semi & several vehicles. I ended up having to call the Police & a tow truck. Thank You to The Menomonee Falls Police Department, The Police Aid, & Morison Auto Service & Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer for coming to help me out. This was really a upsetting situation. These guys really helped me out. I don't know any of the names of the Officer & the tow truck guys who helped me out but Thank You to all of them. I found out that both of the guys from the tow truck company are both motorcycle riders & they ride Harley Davidson's

We had two lost dogs show up in our yard. I called the police after putting them in our garage and they showed up in about 20 minutes. The dogs were so sweet and I didn't want them but by a car. The dogs had no collars or tags on them. They picked them up and were very polite and friendly. I received a call back from one of the officers and the owners have their dogs back home! The officers were prompt, concerned and friendly.

2 negative encounters in a week with this PD. First, on Friday night their panel side van rolled through our apartment parking lot (The Woodlands on Appleton/Good Hope) sometime after 9pm and they were shining their spotlight all over the several 3 story buildings at the windows and balconies and they slowed down and kept it pointed at our window longer when they saw me look out the window to see what was happening. But they never stopped or got out of their vehicle. Second we just got a bunch of snow today and my girlfriend slid into a guardrail on an off ramp which disabled her car but she managed to get into the emergency lane. Then a Menomonee Falls police aid pulled up and told her to try moving her car to get unstuck when that wasnt even the problem and what he told her to do ended up with the back end of her car back in traffic and then he left instead of staying there with his flashing lights on behind her to make sure she didnt get rear ended since he is the one that put her car back in traffic. Very unimpressed with what I have seen since moving to the area.
