Service was poor and food was cold. This is not the first time this happened and when I wrote the company, I never received a reply

Great food. Fast service!

I know no one goes to Taco Bell because of the star rating but I’m leaving a review because I finally decided to give up on this location and maybe this will save someone 10 minutes of their life. I have lost track of the number of times I have tried to go through the drive through here during late, yet normal store hours and I’ve either been ignored or not been served for a variety of reasons. At this point, if I’m being completely honest, every time I try this location, I know it won’t work out, but deep down I really really want tbell, so I try anyway, which almost always leads to nothing. 2020 has been enough of a bummer, time to cut some losses and get that sweet sweet comfort food from somewhere that actually serves it. Last attempted visit was 8/27/20 at 10:25pm.

Terrible service. Quite obvious the employee's (at least on night shift) don't want to work. How has it become acceptable to be so rude to paying customers is beyond me.

PAID FOR FOOD, GOT NO FOODnMy husband and I stopped here yesterday to get a quick bite and while we saw many cars moving through the drive-through, we weren’t sure if they were open for dine in, so went in to ask. Door was not locked, but there were no patrons in the dining room and it looked in disarray with boxes and cleaning supplies sitting on the counter and some tables. An employee was standing at the counter with her back turned and doing something on her phone. There was no greeting as she probably didn’t see us…after getting her attention, she affirmed to us that yes, they were open for dine-in. Since the counter was cluttered with stuff, we noticed an ordering kiosk and asked if that was where we were to order. She again affirmed. We placed and paid for our order and sat down in a booth to wait. While waiting, we began to notice how visibly filthy the restaurant was, from top to bottom. I started to wonder if that was an indication of the cleanliness in the kitchen as well... I thought that in these pandemic times, all businesses were going out of their way to clean above and beyond. Clearly not so here. After about 10 minutes of waiting for our order, I went to the counter to inquire. I stood there for about 5 minutes while about 4 different employees (I saw at least 6 moving throughout the kitchen/drive through area) walked past me with no acknowledgement. Finally I addressed one of the employees to ask about our order. She yelled to an employee further back, who seemed to be stressed, and we heard her reply, “they’re just gonna have to wait”. Meanwhile there was some yelling back and forth between employees including some expletives thrown in. We waited for 5 more minutes (now a full 20 minutes after our order was placed) with no acknowledgement or apology, at which time we chose to leave. I have submitted a request for a refund and to be contacted regarding this visit on both Taco Bell’s website and their customer care Twitter account. Still waiting for a reply.
