A great family owned & operated business. I had severe water damage to my bedroom. ServPro Milwaukee North managed the cleanup and and restoration. Dean, the project manager was extremely helpful. He explained each step of the process as it occurred. Every person involved in each step was courteous and efficient. The job was finished before the projected due date was very helpful as I was having company for the holidays.
ServePro came to our rescue after dealing with a intermittent leaky roof for a couple of years. The Consultants offered options before we got started, all work was contained within plastic enclosures to keep dirt/dust managed, communications detailed each step of the project, and the job kept progressing to meet our deadline. I would definitely recommend ServPro!
It did take a little while to get someone out to our house due to a communication issue but once they arrived, the team did a great job. They performed a detailed evaluation of the damage, discussed alternatives, provided an estimate of the fees and began the work. The teams were very professional, thorough and did a great job of the clean up. They even helped us to remove some damaged items from the basement.
Kevin was the best! He made our unfortunate water damage experience so much better. He really looks out for your best interests and went far and beyond in order to help us the most. Never a fun thing to have a fish tank explode but at least ServPro has the best crews to help you when you really need them. When disaster happens call these guys right away, don’t even think or give consideration to another company! 5 stars
